Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your gt99a account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. gt99a will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.

Password & Credentials

You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify gt99a support immediately at [email protected]. We recommend changing your password regularly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use gt99a only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are not permitted and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, loopholes, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent betting.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

gt99a supports both BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and INR (Indian Rupee) as transactional currencies. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through secure, verified local and international payment channels. The platform currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

All deposits are credited to your gt99a account in real time, subject to payment provider processing times. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. gt99a does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours, subject to successful KYC verification and internal security checks. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until the rollover conditions are fully met.

gt99a reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. In such cases, additional documentation may be required before the withdrawal is approved.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, and the following general rules apply:

General Bonus Conditions

Before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the following wagering requirements must be satisfied:

• Welcome bonus offers carry a standard wagering requirement (rollover) of 20x the bonus amount before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and carry the same rollover conditions as regular bonuses unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• gt99a reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting is detected in connection with that offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. They must be used on the gt99a platform only.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on gt99a — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, crash games, or slots — are subject to the game-specific rules published within each game interface and the general platform rules set out in this section.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on gt99a cover domestic and international tournaments including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. All cricket bets are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, rain interruption, or DLS method application, bets are settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement.

Technical Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or connectivity interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, gt99a reserves the right to take one of the following actions:

• Void the affected round or bet and return all stakes to the player's account.
• Settle the bet based on verified game logs and server records, independent of the client-side display.
• Suspend betting on the affected market until the issue is fully resolved and independently audited.
